It is with great pleasure that the GBCSA announces the release of its Integrated Annual Report 2018. In the opening foreword, Chair Nkosinathi Manzana states that the GBCSA is now positioned more strongly than ever to lead the green building movement in South Africa and beyond.
GBCSA and WPN will once again team up to make the difference in our community by assisting Compass Community Provision and Social Services Organisation in Edenvale.

When it comes to the construction of affordable houses in Africa, the challenges that most of the developers, consultants and architects face are:

Andrew King, is a Technical Intern at the Green Building Council South Africa. His primary role is to assist the technical team to develop credible and objective measurements for green buildings as well as review certification applications and award Green Star ratings.
Hlompho Vivian, currently holds a Business Development and Key Accounts Specialist position within the Green Building Council South Africa. Her role is to facilitate cooperation with the public sector to create an enabling environment for green building implementation through certification, capacity development and advocacy.
