Industry recognition available as GBCSA Accredited Professional

How will you upskill to enable you to make better choices and more compelling pitches in this changing environment?

The local built environment is well on its way to pivoting towards green buildings, whether or not the requirement is to achieve a Green Star rating. As green buildings become commonplace so will clients expectations of suppliers throughout the value chain to reflect sustainable approaches to enhance the end product.

Students are offered the opportunity to both get involved in the annual Greenovate competition and get a head-start on becoming a GBCSA Accredited Professional with the Accredited Professional Candidate programme while enrolled in their university.

With this extra qualification current students or recent graduates in a building industry related field with less than six months industry experience will find it easier to transition towards becoming a fully-fledged AP. Upon graduating and gaining six months of industry experience, an APc can go on to become an AP by attending the Accredited Professional Workshop in the tool most relevant to their specialisation.
