An elliptical tower of fifteen floors over two levels of semi-basement covering the extent of the site. Primarily reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structure. Façade plastered and painted, with aluminium doors and windows, featuring deep concrete overhangs with an aluminium screened façade and glass balustrades.
