ENSafrica is located within a 4-Star Green Star Office v1.1 Design Certification building, positioned on Cape Town’s foreshore at 35 Lower Long Street. The ENSafrica fit-out spans the building’s Upper Ground level, level 10, five integrated office levels with a dedicated client front office and exclusive restaurant on the 23 level. The project fit out is designed and constructed to achieve a 5-Star - Green Star Interiors v1 Certification.
The fit-out comprises quiet, sound-proofed spaces, which have special features to enable e-meetings and provide individual, custom settings, including temperature and lighting adjustment. Juxtaposed are accessible communal areas on each level which encourage natural collaborative flow and which have access to natural light and breath-taking views. These prime areas across levels are shared by all occupants and fitted with feature hand basins, custom planters containing plants indigenous to Africa, organic-shaped lights and walk-ways which are designed with environmental land-art, and have impressive views over the city.
