Liberty Century City building is a contemporary modern building located in Century City and benefitting from their treated effluent water ring and storm water management plan. This ensures that potable water has never been used for garden irrigation, and even though recycled water is in use, irrigation is conducted in a responsible manner minimal times per week and in conformance with all water restrictions. Building operations manages their central chiller plant to reduce energy and water consumption; and the online monitoring installed shows that these chillers never run without reason or in an unoccupied building. The building has glare control and energy efficient lighting with motion sensor control. There is a clean waste separation and recycling area to limit waste to landfill substantially. The building has a BMS system and energy and water sub metering.
