Sally Misplon

Sally Misplon, the founder of Misplon Green Building Consulting, is passionate about the built environment and sustainability. With 10 years’ experience in the property industry, Sally has developed an extensive knowledge-base of building operations, management and leasing, especially in the commercial and industrial sector.

Misplon Green Building Consulting was founded in 2014 and Sally has since gained extensive experience in the Green Star SA rating system where she contributed to the development and shaping of the Green Star Existing Building Performance Tool and certified more than 100 buildings.

Sally has been recognised for her significant contribution to the green building industry in SA by being awarded a Green Star Leadership award (2013-2014), The Runner Up Leadership award for Best Quality Submission (2014-2015), Winner of Established Green Star Leadership award (2017-2018) and Winner of Best Quality Submission award (2017-2018), Runner Up Leadership award for Best Quality Submission (2018-2019) and Runner Up Highest Rated Building award (2018-2019)

Sally has an in-depth, technical understanding and practical experience with the Green Star Rating Tools and is a qualified accredited professional (AP+) for new buildings, existing buildings and EDGE. Sally is also part of the Green Building Council of SA’s 3rd party project assessment panel.

Misplon has been acknowledged as one the leading green building consultancies in the Country.
