The Allandale Public Transport Facility was developed due to a need identified for a transport interchange to facilitate taxi’s as a result of the development growth in the Waterfall Area. The municipality required Attacq to build a Public Transport Facility as part of the Waterfall Development in Midrand. The project is initiated by Atterbury Property Development for Attacq. The development consists of offices, ablution area, canteen areas, refuse area and a transport facility parking area. The project is the first to achieve a 5 Star Green Star SA PEB v1 rating. A 4 Star was achieved in the 1st round of assessment, which was a great achievement during the certification process. PROJECT
