Black River Park - Collingwood Building

Project Floor Area: 1770m2
Date Certified: 15th April 2015
Address: Cape Town, Western Cape

The Collingwood building was one of the first buildings to be renovated at Black River Park in 2000. Originally comprising of 3 discrete structures that were joined to create a selection of 80 - 250sqm+ office spaces and a restaurant. The North facing building has no common area and is thus 100% efficient according to SAPOA rental measurements. Very large shop fronts with 3.6m floor to ceiling heights and overhangs provide plenty light with limited heat ingress. Each tenancy spans the full depth of the building providing the opportunity of a cross draft to reduce AC usage.
