Green Building for you: Leasing Agents & Managers

About the Programme

Aimed at letting agent and their managers whose job is to sell space this course will aid in understanding why a green building is different to a standard building and equip the agent with tools to better sell green rated space.


This half day session is ideally suited to being offered in house to green building managers and facilities managers. The content focuses on commissioning and communicating between the FM and HR teams.

Who should attend?

Aimed at people who lease, manage or sell green buildings this course will cover aspects of how a green building differs from a standard building and what the potential savings and benefits may be for the intended occupier. It further more highlights the relationship between the manager and the occupier in optimising the performance of a green building.
