The offices are single storey buildings arranged around an open courtyard. A 99kW ground mounted photovoltaic
system was installed in March 2022. The monitoring period started in May 2022 for 12 months ending April 2022.
The PV system primarily supplies the office with renewable energy.
The balance of energy produced by the system is fed to the neighbouring residential area. As the system does not have battery backup, the energy supplied to the residential areas during sunlight hours is used as a credit to off set any of the White Office’s grid energy demand during non-sunlight hours.
