Delecta’s new office building situated in Paarl, Western Cape, developed by Delecta Fruit (PTY) LTD, consists of 1 basement, ground level and level 1, with a building façade comprising of brick and glass. The buildings design not only provides building users with a workplace that aims to enhance their productivity but also aims to reduce the natural resource depletion on the environment.


The offices are characterised by low energy design building services with PV panels and architectural sustainable initiatives. As a result, the building produces more energy than it consumes with emissions of -2.9kgCO2/m2/year, which can be recognised as Net Zero Carbon Level 1.
