The Anslow Office Park is located in Braynston, Johannesburg, at the intersection of William Nicol Drive and Main Road. The project is the second phase of the office park with the first phase housing the Nestle Headquarters. The main criteria driving the design of the building included the creation of a corporate office address that faces the intersection and maximises the views of Braynston and its surroundings towards the West.
The building consists of approximately 8600m² office spaces over two levels, which are raised above ground and sit on top of two levels of structured parking. Unique to the Anslow Office Park and its context is the inclusion of a two storey, curtain walls system running the length of the Eastern façade.
