The project comprises a North and South Wing, connected by a common core (circulation space and lifts). The building is a
reinforced concrete structure. The orientation of both buildings is north facing with particular emphasis on facade design.–
North façade is glazed with timber external shading, East and West façades are predominantly solid brick with minimal
glazing which is recessed, and the South façade is brick wall with narrow windows running from top floor to ground floor.
