City Industrial Property Fund (CIPF) was established 11 years ago, primarily to take care of the Group property requirement whilst looking for additional opportunities to provide cost effective industrial property solutions for third parties.
Focusing on replacing the group rentals and all new requirements, with purpose built quality facilities, CIPF has currently 16 properties in the portfolio with the addition of 7 more in the pipeline.
Facilities vary from 46 000sqm warehousing and distribution facility, to container handling park, to long distance depots and specialised workshop facilities. We are happy to provide facilities in most areas of South Africa and are currently active in George, Cato Ridge, Bellville, Cornubia, Paarl, and Pomona areas.
