GBCSA and Growthpoint Properties invite you to our next Planet Shapers Event.
Join us on 21 May 2024 for the MSCI South Africa Green Annual Property Index 2023 results presentation.
Guest speakers Eileen Andrew, Vice President: Client Coverage at MSCI South Africa; and Gareth Allison, MSCI Executive Director and Head of Client Coverage for Sub-Saharan Africa will be joined by Grahame Cruickshanks, Head of Sustainability and Utilities at Growthpoint Properties; and Georgina Smit, GBCSA’s Head of Technical.
The discussion will explore the effect that the solar rollout has on climate risk, focus on the resilience of green certified buildings in light of increasing climate change risks, as well as continue the conversation on ESG.
The Index, in conjunction with the Green Building Council South Africa and sponsored by Growthpoint Properties, supports the investment case for Green Buildings in the commercial property sector.
