With a shared vision of demonstrating sector leadership in sustainability, developers Abland and Tiber have achieved a 4 Star Green Star - Sustainable Precincts Pilot v1.1 certification for the mixed use precinct as well as a 5 Star Green Star - Office Design v1.1 certification for Sandton Gate Phase I.
Experience the project first hand and connect with members of the project team involved in this green success story in the making!
