Cecilia Square is a new, multi-tenanted office development in Paarl, developed by Lazercor Developments of Stellenbosch. Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Drakenstein mountains, it is located at the Cecilia Road exit from the N1, near to the Paarl Mall. The development consists of two office buildings, 3 storeys each with ground surface parking below. Building A will house the new headquarters for local business, BKB GrainCo. This project aimed to lead by example as the first green building for the Drakenstein Municipality, particularly in being completed within a conventional construction budget.
