The Riviera Road Office Park complex comprises of 3 double storey commercial office buildings (Block A, B and C) with double-volume foyers. There are semi-basement parking under each building and surface parking in a landscaped area. The buildings accommodate 155 occupants and are operational 45 hours per week. The office park has good transportation connections. In-house facilities managers of the owner manage the complex.
