Mike Munnik

Mike Munnik (Pr Eng, BSc(CivEng), MBA) is a director of AGAMA Energy. Mike has for the past three decades gained solid experience, both local and international, in the construction industry and predominantly as a senior manager with an international oil company. Having a keen interest in environmental sustainability within the built environment, Mike joined AGAMA in 2005, and has been intimately involved and responsible for several significant green buildings, including the head office for BP Southern Africa in the V&A Waterfront, the Portside commercial office development, Karl Bremer Administrative Centre, and SANRAL regional office in Port Elizabeth. He brings wide-ranging project management and corporate experience, and a passion for sustainability to the projects in which he is involved. Mike is a founding Board member of the Green Building Council of South Africa, a Green Star certification assessor and an Accredited Professional (AP-New Buildings, AP-Existing Buildings).
