During this full day training, you will learn how to quantify the value of passive and active design elements, how to determine which energy and water-saving systems and solutions are best for a particular location and climate, and how to measure the collective impact of design decisions on the project. In addition to gaining a deeper understanding of the EDGE software, you will also learn about the EDGE standard and certification process.
This full day course builds on the EDGE Expert training and addresses the details involved in the submission, recommendation and certification of projects undergoing EDGE certification. Details regarding preliminary and final audit requirements are covered and aligned with GBCSA review and assessment criteria.
This full day workshop will cover aspects of reducing a buildings footprint to net zero or net positive. It will look at energy, carbon, water and waste, exploring regenerative design solutions and ways of design thinking.
We will also bring you up to speed on the development of our Net Zero and Net Positive rating tool.

This half day workshop is aimed at newly qualified accredited professionals who need to further understand their role. A GBCSA technical team member will share knowledge on the submission and certification process and highlight important insights and common mistakes and offer guidelines to getting your project certified as smoothly as possibly.
This course is offered free to registered projects and covers all our rating tools.
