Mfundo Xulu Ka Dlamini

Mr Mfundo Xulu Ka Dlamini is a Real Estate professional, having completed studies in University of Johannesburg, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) qualification in Management of Technology and Innovation (MOTi) with the Da Vinci Institute for Technology Management. He was in a class of pioneers at the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (TMALI) and holds two qualifications – Thought Leadership for Africa’s Renewal and Africa & international trade – Building an Africa Developmental State.

Leadership roles include being Chairperson for the National/ Provincial Green Building Technical Task Team and Chairperson of the Green Building Council’s Public Sector Committee, a role he assumed in 2017.
Mfundo has been the driving force in establishing the Green Building Unit, commencing with the development of the National Green Building Framework which was adopted at COP17 and the subsequent Green Building Policy.
