Levinia Palmer

Levinia Palmer is the Head of Finance and Operations at the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA).

Levinia began her career at GBCSA in 2013 as a Junior Accountant and later advanced to a Management Accountant. In 2018, she joined WWF-SA as a Trust Accountant, but returned to GBCSA after a short period. In 2021, she was promoted to the role of Head of Finance and Operations, due to her exceptional performance and dedication.

With over 20 years of experience in financial and management accounting, Levinia has a strong background in the built environment through her previous work with property management companies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from Unisa and is currently working towards her CIMA professional qualification.

Levinia is passionate about helping GBCSA succeed in transforming the built environment for the betterment of people and the planet.
