As a Carbon Neutral organisation with sustainability high on the agenda, Nedbank volunteered a couple of its Campus buildings to participate in the Green Building Council of South Africa’s Existing Building Performance rating tool pilot process. Nedbank was the sponsor for developing this tool.
Nedbank has achieved fourteen Design and As Built ratings with another two due in 2019. It has two Existing Building Performance ratings with four more in the pipeline, to be completed in 2019. Howard has been intimately involved with all these ratings.
