Project Overview

1 & 3 Dorp Street is the headquarters for the Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs & Development Planning. The building consists of a ground floor and a further 13 office floors meeting spaces throughout the building and 1 level of basement parking. During the combination project where the two buildings were incorporated into one, 3 Dorp was entirely modernized and 1 Dorp is currently undergoing modernization to ensure a better working environment for occupants.
