I am a Construction Contractor with expertise and special interest in GREEN BUILDING. I am a GREEN STAR Accredited Professional in New buildings, Existing Buildings and Interiors as well as being an EDGE Expert (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency). My experience in the built environment developed around 2006 when I began consulting on Infrastructure Strategic and Life Cycle Planning and budgeting processes. Around 2012 I evolved into Construction. Most of my projects included many Green Building attributes which further sparked my interest in Green Building and has led me to embarking on a route becoming a Contractor with Specialized Green Building Expertise and Credentials. With my hands on experience in Construction, Infrastructure Life Cycle Planning, Green Star and EDGE Expert credentials I am Uniquely positioned to assist Property Owners in implementing effective measures to their buildings which can give them a better RETURN ON INVESTMENT, while at the same time reducing the negative impact of the buildings on the environment.
