The Shepstone and Wylie Office development is located at 24 Richefond Circle in Ridgeside Office Park in Umhlanga. The development conforms to design guidelines governed by Tongaat Hulletts Developments. Further to this it was imperative that each design stage be monitored to ensure that all buildings adhered to the prescribed environment envisaged for this project. The development will provide office accommodation for 200 occupants. It comprises two levels of parking, and four levels of office space. Construction commenced in January 2010 and reached practical completion at the beginning of December 2010.
