The building consists of 5 levels (1 Basement, Ground, Mezzanine, 1st and 2nd Floor) and is square in form. There is a large central courtyard to the building. It consists of a concrete framed structure, with certain elements in white concrete. A double glazed facade system has been used with sunscreens. The building is completely mechanically ventilated to all useable areas and the basement and mezzanine levels naturally ventilated. A fully integrated DALI lighting system has been designed. The building seeks to be water positive with a large stormwater tank in the basement which will allow for re-use of water within the building and sharing with neighbours.
