The offices of SCE, Omake House, has been developed by F.A.H. Properties with Stauch and Partners Architects and SCE itself serving as Engineers in all disciplines (Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical). The building construction started in January 2006 and was completed and the building occupied by December 2006.
The building was designed and built with sustainable designs and energy efficient principals. With the proper implementation of sustainable and efficient principals the building uses less energy and has a higher occupant satisfaction with regard to thermal and lighting comfort.
