The building is a re-enforced concrete structure, The orientation of both buildings is north facing, Façade: the north façade is glazing with timber external slates. East & West façade are closed bricks (with some balcony on south east building 4 & 5th level enclosed in air bricks). South façade is brick with slits of window running from top to bottom.
