The Media Building was a major renovation of an old distribution centre which was completed in August 2013 for a single tenant. The renovation provided 2 340 m² of office space and 4780 m² of warehouse space. Significant changes to the building included the installation of a 225kw Solar PV installation on the roof – part of the 1.2MW system at Black River Park, new performance glass throughout, overhangs and balconies to reduce the heat loading and provide external interactive spaces.
