Terraces was the first of the “new” large buildings to be built at Black River Park. The building incorporates solar on all viable roof spaces, performance glass and LED lighting in all common areas. High floor to ceiling heights, openable windows blinds for glare control, balconies and very good views of Devils Peak and the River Club make the working space very pleasant for tenants. Tenant information sessions have had a significant impact on reducing consumption within the building.
