The Aurecon West Building is a new office development based in Century City, Cape Town. It is situated adjacent to the Aurecon Phase 1(5 star Green Star SA) building which was completed in 2011. Potable water is conserved by using treated effluent from Potsdam Wastewater Works for all of the irrigation needs as well as also treating it to an improved quality and using it to flush all of the toilet and urinals; thus negating the two largest water demands.
