This 3 part programme provides a comprehensive overview of the GBCSA Green Star rating system for Existing Building Performance tool for the objective measurement and rating of the on-going environmental performance of existing buildings and provides insight into all major aspects that should be considered for the improvement of the environmental performance of these buildings. The programme consisting of an online course, a live webinar workshop and an online final assessment. This culminates in the achievement of Green Star Accredited Professional; Existing Building Performance (GS AP EBP) accreditation which equips the professional with the knowledge of how to use the Existing Building Performance tool. The online course gives an in-depth, technical understanding of the tool - content includes video, eBooks, Green Star Technical Manual & Tools, reading references and quizzes. The 6 hour interactive webinar workshop is facilitated by an experienced Accredited Professional and gives a high-level overview, and a good sense of the application of the tool. Once the online content and the webinar workshop are completed, delegates may access the final assessment.
